What we need:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative, and service oriented entry-level Office Administrator to join our New Jersey team! In this role, you will work closely with team members, clients, and outside vendors  to manage the day to day operations of the office.

If you have strong communication skills, are highly organized, and are self-motivate, this could be the role for you!

What you'll do:

  • Coffee and Supply Orders
  • Expense reports and other work-related documentation:
    • Preparation for various employees
    • Collection and submission to Finance for the NJ office
  • Answer general phone line and direct calls
  • Order food when necessary (happy hours, team lunches)
  • Incoming and Outgoing mail/delivery management

What you'll bring to the job:

  • Excellent telephone, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
  • Positive attitude, high energy and a team player
  • Basic Word/Excel( nice to have)
