The Technical Product Manager role is a new and exciting opportunity for a self starter to support the Product team in building and shaping our next-gen product line that supports First Party Data experimentation. We are seeking an up-and-coming Product manager, who has technical experience in their background and is looking to build a career in Product. As your primary function, you will be required to interact with direct mail clients and lead them through the scope, design, and deployment of our Catalog Experiment. You will also need to interact with internal teams to facilitate the ingestion of new data feeds, troubleshooting, QA, and match rates post data receipt. Success in this role is defined as a detail oriented individual, enthusiastic problem solver, and data analyst ninja who is willing to get their hands dirty in the database. This position requires a fair amount of autonomy, and the ability to think creatively to solve problems quickly with the ultimate goal of delivering value for both the company and your client. While this is an India based role, the manager is US based and flexible hours are required.
Own the end to end deployment of Catalog DoE from client scope, data ingestion & wrangling, results readouts
Deeply understand the needs of current and target customers through customer research, deliver input to the next-gen Product development process
Work with Engineering to write tech-first stories to iterate on the product
Translate scoping documents, business needs, and input from client and customer success teams into an implementation design for Catalog Experiment
Setup, configure, and debug the data pipe foundations between Measured, the client, and the client’s various data sources
Diagnose ETL integrations using AWS, Excel, and other tools
Own the configuration and data specifications of ingested data to produce a cohesive standardized output to support Measured products
Understand client business cases and goals and document technical requirements to facilitate successful outcomes for the client’s marketing media optimization
You will communicate directly with clients to help solve issues and identify potential data challenges and data validation problems.
Develop ad-hoc reports and analyses based on requests from clients and stakeholders.
Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
Maintain solution architecture integrity throughout the client’s lifecycle.
Relevant experience in data analytics or solution architecture/design; analyst/analytics or ad tech experience in the digital marketing/advertising field preferred
Familiarity with Direct Mail and/or Catalog businesses, platforms, merge companies, and workflows
Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and producing analytical outputs from them, SQL database and advanced Excel experience required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
BA/BS in Management Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
