Measured is seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP), Marketing to develop and execute a strategic marketing vision and roadmap that drives growth and helps the company meet its business objectives. Our SVP, Marketing will work side by side with our CEO and the rest of the executive team to evolve the business, rollout new products and build the Measured brand as a category leader in the media optimization space. As the head of marketing, this person will leverage a proven track record of B2B demand generation and product marketing strategies and tactics to increase customer acquisition and platform adoption. In addition, the SVP will develop and manage a strong team to support those and other areas of marketing critical to Measured’s market presence including brand, communications, PR, analyst relationships, content creation and website optimization.
Create, manage, coordinate and execute all marketing strategies and tactical plans to meet and exceed the company's business goals.
Lead demand generation to drive predictable, scalable and repeatable pipeline and revenue, developing profitable multi-channel acquisition programs and incorporating testing and optimization to drive continuous improvement.
Establish go-to-market plans for new products and features that engage new audiences and accelerate opportunities in current and future markets.
Determine KPIs for all initiatives and track performance against forecasted results to measure efficiency and effectiveness.
Direct, mentor and continue to expand the team responsible for demand generation, product marketing, partner marketing, brand assets, collateral, media campaigns, sales support, website, social media, thought leadership, public relations, and content creation.
Develop a team culture that strives for excellence while valuing accountability, responsiveness, collaboration and recognition.
Tell the Measured story. Define a narrative and brand assets that amplify the substantial business value delivered by our platform and that position Measured as the undisputed leader of this category.
Effectively convey Measured’s differentiation in the market based on a thorough understanding of our customers, competitors and the ecosystem.
Be a face of Measured. Act as one of the key outward faces of the company in both the customer and analyst communities.
Partner closely with sales, customer success, and the SDR organization to provide and gather insights on customer requirements, to provide sales support, and to develop messaging surrounding the enterprise market.
Partner with senior management, particularly our CEO, to promote and communicate the Measured brand, products, and value proposition.
10+ years in B2B marketing, demand generation, and/or product marketing, preferably for a SaaS product or technology company. Experience scaling a SaaS business over $100M in revenue and a good understanding of the MarTech ecosystem a plus.
7+ years of management experience, with a pattern of building, developing and retaining high performance teams.
A strategic thinker capable of managing all aspects of marketing and setting the overall direction for the marketing organization.
Deep experience planning and managing demand generation programs that produce high-quality opportunities and result in exponential revenue growth.
Demonstrated expertise in product marketing including synthesizing research to develop positioning, messaging and packaging for B2B products and directing successful product rollouts to customers and partners.
Prior success leveraging cross-channel tactics to generate demand including digital advertising, website optimization, nurture programs, email, events, webinars, partnerships, sponsorships, content syndication, social media and others.
An analytical leader who is metrics and KPI-driven, with a strong commitment to driving results.
Exceptional communications skills, both oral and written, as well as excellent listening skills and a positive presence.
A track record of leading and managing teams to success, with high performance individuals in your network that can be leveraged. Must have managed a team greater than 10 people.
