Summary

Measured is seeking a Director, Demand Generation and Web Experience to develop and implement B2B campaign strategies and website interactions that result in new customer acquisition and a pipeline of quality inbound leads for the Measured sales team. The Director will create an integrated cross-channel plan and manage a small team responsible for execution including campaign planning and implementation, channel management, website updates and conversion rate testing and optimization. This leader will work with the Sales team and other Marketing resources as well as external partners to continually evolve and improve our demand generation marketing. The Director will also maintain the media budget and be responsible for evaluating and reporting on program effectiveness based on the ability to meet and exceed forecasted goals.


 Responsibilities:

  • Develop integrated cross-channel marketing plans to acquire new customers and provide quality leads to our sales team.
  • Create, test and optimize engaging lead generation and nurture campaigns to identify the most scalable and repeatable ways to grow demand in order to drive a more predictable sales pipeline.
  • Work with sales team on targeted ABM efforts including differentiated and/or personalized content and effective follow up to drive opportunities to closure.
  • Evolve website experience, landing pages and content to maximize visitor to lead conversions.  
  • Oversee channel strategy, execution and optimization for SEM, SEO, affiliate, display, paid social, video, email, direct mail and new channels as appropriate.
  • Identify and track demand gen KPIs including creating forecasts and reporting out on progress, leveraging Google Analytics, HubSpot and other platforms.      
  • Work with partners in brand and product marketing on content, thought leadership, events, product launches and more.     
  • Maintain knowledge of competitive marketing initiatives and tactics and relevant trends in the MarTech ecosystem.       
  • Mentor and grow a small team to deliver against team and business goals while enhancing their skill development.
  • Manage outside agencies and/or contractors as required.


 Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of marketing experience with a significant focus in that time on B2B demand generation and channel management.  MarTech, AdTech and/or SaaS demand generation is a plus. 
  • 3+ years of management experience, with demonstrated ability leading a high-performance team.
  • A 4-year Bachelor’s degree or work equivalent. MBA and UK marketing experience are a plus.      
  • Deep understanding of demand generation best practices, and how to engage prospects at multiple points through their buying journey.
  • Ability to generate a strategic customer acquisition marketing plan and to direct a team through flawless execution.
  • Proven success at driving quality leads through cross-channel campaigns that convert and drive overall revenue growth with specific expertise in key digital channels
  • Familiarity with Wordpress and website development, testing and analytic tools. Prior website responsibility is a plus
  • Strong partnership and collaboration skills to lead and influence others across the organization.    
  • Data-driven orientation with a test and learn mindset and a hunger for continuous improvement.    
  • Expertise with MarTech stack including Google Analytics, HubSpot, A/B testing tools and channel management platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills.
