Measured is seeking a highly consultative sales driven Director of Client Engagement to lead client renewal and upsell efforts. This role is responsible for evangelizing Measured’s platform into our existing client portfolio to ensure all key stakeholders are aware of and adopting our software and technology. Following the initial client contract, you will oversee client engagement success, renewal, expansion and upsell and have a pulse on the entire client engagement experience. This role reports into the CRO as part of the sales team.
Our ideal candidate is experienced with cross channel marketing analytics methodologies, is a strong strategic consultant and skilled at partnering with the C-Suite.
Own end to end, ongoing client contract renewal, upsell and revenue retention.
Identify key stakeholders and build strong consultative relationships across each of our clients.
Proactively track customer engagement and adoption success for the purposes of renewal, contract expansion and existing client revenue growth.
Partner with the client success team jointly owning the client relationship and engagement success.
Evangelize Measured’s products and capabilities across our portfolio of clients for awareness and adoption with all key stakeholders.
Accurate quarterly forecasting for logo and revenue retention.
- 8+ years experience as an enterprise sales consultant in MarTech.
- Minimum BA/BS or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of cross channel marketing analytics methodologies and marketing strategy.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment, must be proactive, self motivated with strong project management skills.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills internally and externally.
