About the Position

We are currently looking for a Physician Liaison in the Oklahoma City, Ok area. Come join our team of caring professionals!

 

The Physician Liaison is a professional member of the homecare team who directs overall internal and external physician relations. This position consists of strategic marketing, planning programs, and public relations communications. Facilitates client development through marketing and client services programs.

 

What’s Required

  1. Minimum two years' experience in a sales/marketing role.
  2. Excellent communication skills.
  3. Strong leadership and relationship building skills.
  4. A team player who complies with accepted professional standards and principles.
  5. Ability to travel up to a 75-mile radius of home office consistently (further may be required).
  6. Licensed driver with automobile that is insured in accordance with agency requirements and is in good working order.
  7. Possess knowledge of Microsoft Office and other Windows-based computer applications.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Marketing, Business, or Communication.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Increase referral volume and client satisfaction.
  2. Build relationships with designated referral partners.
  3. Promote and educate referring physicians and their office staff on home care.
  4. Assist with establishing and maintaining annual marketing plans and goals.
  5. Develop and maintain marketing database to include patient and physician referral information.
  6. Assist with agency involvement in various medical networks including coordinating business development and marketing activities.
  7. Organize and implement patient relations.
