As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to this program, helping it to evolve to better serve our clients and the community.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and establish physical therapy treatment goals.
• Implement individualized therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance.
• Facilitate the learning of skills and functions essential for adaptation and productivity.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of our "Pinnacle Therapy Excellence" program.
• Document and record the patient's condition and educate patients and families in an appropriate physical therapy method.

Requirements:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience preferred; home health experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team.
• Interest in contributing to a developing therapy program and the overall wellness of the community.
