Physical Therapist - Full Time

The Opportunity:

Health Watch Home Health is looking to hire an experienced and compassionate Physical Therapist (Full-Time Float) to join our team and provide quality physical therapy services to our clients in their homes. The position would cover Liberal, Garden, and Lakin area patients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete and document initial physical assessments, after-care assessments, and patient progress notes in EMR system
• Develop a personalized treatment plan for each patient
• Administer and teach physical therapy interventions, exercises, and techniques to improve patient's mobility levels and functional abilities
• Educate patients on how to maintain, strengthen, and increase their range of motion through exercises
• Provide physical therapy services in accordance with established standards of practice and in compliance with all applicable regulations

Desired Qualifications:

• A valid state license in Physical Therapy, or working towards such
• Previous experience in physical therapy, home health environment preferred
• Strong knowledge and understanding of strategies to help improve patient mobility, range of motion, and quality of life
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with patients
• A strong commitment to customer service and patient satisfaction
