Are you a highly organized, proactive professional with a passion for clean beauty and luxury skincare? We’re seeking a detail-driven, solutions-oriented team member to support our operations, customer experience, and wholesale channels as we continue to grow our nationally recognized brand.
In this multifaceted role, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations, ensuring seamless backend logistics, delivering thoughtful and timely customer support, and assisting in the coordination of wholesale orders and partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate day-to-day operations, including order processing and inventory tracking
· Provide exceptional customer support with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism
· Manage wholesale account communications, assist with onboarding new partners, and ensure timely order fulfillment
· Collaborate cross-functionally to improve internal processes and elevate the overall client and partner experience
· Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work, from backend systems to front-facing communication
What We’re Looking For:
· A highly organized self-starter with excellent communication and follow-through
· Someone who is both tech-savvy and people-oriented—able to navigate systems with ease and connect with customers and partners thoughtfully
· Applicant has experience with MAC OSX, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, QuickBooks, and Shopify (or willing to learn)
· Previous customer service experience in a high-end selling environment or industry-related internship is a plus
· Passion for clean beauty, wellness, and delivering elevated experiences
· Experience in operations, customer service, or account management is a plus
· Positive, calm under pressure, and energized by helping things run smoothly behind the scenes
