We’re expanding our Birmingham office and are seeking both experienced financial advisors and motivated new professionals eager to build a rewarding career in financial services.

Your compensation will be derived from investments, fee-based planning, and insurance solutions, offering multiple revenue streams and long-term earning potential.
What You’ll Do
Develop personalized financial strategies that help clients achieve their goals in wealth management, protection, and retirement planning
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted financial partner
Identify new opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting
Stay informed on financial trends, tax strategies, and market insights to deliver exceptional client value
Assist clients in implementing tailored financial plans that may include savings strategies, life insurance, mutual funds, and other products
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Sales or client relationship experience (a plus)
Proven success as a financial planner, advisor, analyst, or consultant (desired)
Ability to obtain required licenses within six months of hire:
Life and Health License
Series 7 and Series 66
