We’re expanding our Birmingham office and are seeking both experienced financial advisors and motivated new professionals eager to build a rewarding career in financial services.

Your compensation will be derived from investments, fee-based planning, and insurance solutions, offering multiple revenue streams and long-term earning potential.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop personalized financial strategies that help clients achieve their goals in wealth management, protection, and retirement planning

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted financial partner

  • Identify new opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting

  • Stay informed on financial trends, tax strategies, and market insights to deliver exceptional client value

  • Assist clients in implementing tailored financial plans that may include savings strategies, life insurance, mutual funds, and other products

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

  • Sales or client relationship experience (a plus)

  • Proven success as a financial planner, advisor, analyst, or consultant (desired)

  • Ability to obtain required licenses within six months of hire:

    • Life and Health License

    • Series 7 and Series 66
