Financial Advisor

MassMutual New Jersey-NYC is seeking Financial Services Professionals to join our Warren NJ office. This is a full-time hybrid role is for someone with experience or looking to enter a career in financial planning or advisory services. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their financial goals and deliver tailored strategies that include retirement planning, investment management, wealth preservation, and insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a growing client portfolio through relationship-based financial planning
• Deliver expert guidance in areas such as retirement strategies, investment planning, and wealth management
• Educate clients on insurance options and risk management solutions
• Specialize in or support families with special needs planning
• Stay current on financial regulations, markets, and planning techniques
• Work both independently and as part of a supportive, growth-focused team
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and firm standards

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in financial services, advising, or planning
• Fully licensed: Life & Health Insurance, Series 7, and Series 66
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships based on trust and performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Driven, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Passionate about helping others improve their financial future
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
