The Opportunity:

As a Recruiting Coordinator at the associate level, you will be the face of our talent acquisition process, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for every candidate. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our high-performing teams by streamlining operations and supporting the full recruitment lifecycle from end-to-end.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling across multiple departments and platforms to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and maintaining a gold-standard candidate experience throughout the funnel.
  • Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with firm standards.
  • Assist with the initial stages of onboarding, including document collection and coordinating first-day logistics for new hires to ensure a warm welcome.
  • Generate weekly recruitment reports and metrics to help the leadership team track hiring progress and identify process improvements.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and high volumes of communication effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor suitable for a client-facing financial services firm.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite, with specific expertise in complex calendar management and scheduling.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining total confidentiality regarding sensitive candidate and company information.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience working within the financial services or wealth management industry.
  • Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
  • Basic understanding of employment law and HR compliance best practices during the recruitment process.
  • Experience assisting with employer branding initiatives or social media recruitment marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
