Client Service Associate

Operations | Armonk, NY | Full Time | From $60,000 to $65,000 per year

Job Description
Client Services Associate

Where Precision Meets Purpose in a Firm Built on Legacy, Expertise, and Design
At Integrity Advisors Pension Consultants, the Client Services Associate is more than an operations role — it’s the connective tissue of the entire client experience. You’ll be the trusted point of contact who ensures every request, update, and interaction is handled with accuracy, warmth, and follow‑through. Your work directly supports our advisors, empowers our clients, and strengthens a 60‑year legacy of excellence in pension and tax strategy.
If you thrive in a role where detail matters, relationships matter, and your work truly impacts people’s financial futures, you’ll feel right at home here.

Why Build Your Career With Integrity Advisors Pension Consultants?
A Family Firm With a Singular Philosophy: Staying Current Changes Everything.
For more than six decades, our family has specialized in one niche: designing advanced retirement and tax strategies for closely held business owners. We don’t chase products — we engineer solutions. Our founder, Salvatore Gaglio, built this firm on the belief that the greatest opportunities in retirement planning live in the design, not the sales pitch. His children and grandchildren continue that mission today.
Joining us means joining a firm that is:
  • Deeply specialized

  • Proudly family‑run

  • Committed to precision, compliance, and long‑term client relationships

  • Known for translating complex tax and pension design into meaningful outcomes

You won’t be a cog in a corporate machine — you’ll be a valued member of a tight‑knit team with a shared purpose.

  • Partner with custodians and internal operations to ensure smooth onboarding.

  • Maintain clean, organized, and up‑to‑date CRM and document records.

Money Movement
  • Execute wires, ACH transfers, journals, and distributions with precision.

  • Confirm all required authorizations and safeguard client assets.

  • Track pending transfers and keep clients and advisors proactively informed.

Meeting Preparation
  • Build polished, comprehensive meeting packets and performance reports.

  • Manage advisor calendars and coordinate client meeting logistics.

  • Resolve routine service issues independently and escalate when needed.

  • Follow up diligently on open items and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Support new client onboarding and help clients understand their accounts.
