Maryland Treatment Centers Inc., provides a comprehensive continuum of treatment for persons of all ages with problems involving substance use. We feature specialty services for adolescents, young adults and adults. Clinical programs include assessment, residential/inpatient, detoxification, day treatment, intensive outpatient and outpatient substance abuse, dual diagnosis, mental health, special education and prevention services. Our programs are accredited by the Joint Commission (JCAHO).

About the Position:

We are looking for PRN ( as needed) Driver at our West Baltimore Location.

*Must be willing and available to work any holiday (including Christmas and/or Thanksgiving)

Responsibilities:

*Transport patients to various appointments as dictated by the program schedule or as designated by individual patient needs.

*Transport food to our Parkville, MD location dictated by the schedule.

*Maintain positive interactions while monitoring and directing patient behavior. Maintain therapeutic environment during transport.

*Communicate any and all pertinent information regarding the patients to the counselors. Report all unusual incidents on problematic circumstances to the counselors.


Requirements:
*Must have valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
*High school diploma or equivalent.
*2 or more years of experience working with adults and adolescents with disabilities, substance abuse, or mental health.
