We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Team, with a background in analytics, data collection, data visualization, and content management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our core platform and product portfolio
  • Build the vision and roadmap for our core technology driven businesses.
  • Scope and prioritize features based on business and customer impact
  • Collaborate closely with sales, operations, engineering, data science and research to define, prioritize, and deliver new products and features
  • Develop detailed product requirements for new platform capabilities and feature improvements.
  • Drive and manage development prioritization for all product features and functionality.  
  • Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
  • Works with cross-functional organization to develop go to market strategy and marketing collateral.
  • Tracks key performance indicators across suite of product offerings.
  • Drives the development of business plans for new product opportunities, by assessing market fit, competitive landscape, and client needs.


  • 5-7 years demonstrated product management or product owner work experience
  • Experience successfully building products and driving customer growth
  • Comfortable drafting detailed documentation, from user stories to consumer tutorials
  • A strong written and oral communicator who is able to speak to team members of all levels
  • Comfortable with Jira, Confluence, and other product development tools (i.e.wireframing, and rapid prototyping).
  • Must have an understanding of agile software development and web technologies
  • Management of multiple projects within a short development cycle to quickly release new features and functionality
  • Demonstrated ability to work on a diverse scope of projects requiring detailed analysis, creative/practical problem solving, and sound judgment
  • The candidate should have a BS, BA, or advanced degree in computer science, communications or related field, or relevant work experience, an MBA would be a plus.
