Job Description:

We are looking for a Staffing Consultant to help us staff projects for leading companies in the area. This is a fast-paced position in a metric-driven environment. For the right candidate, this is a unique opportunity to help build a rapidly growing organization as part of the core recruitment team.
 Recruitment (90%)

  • Analyze open positions to understand project staffing needs
  • Source qualified candidates from internal databases and LinkedIn
  • Conduct 10 - 15 in-person and phone interviews every week for various job categories
  • Coordinate with clients to schedule candidate interviews
  • Create and post job descriptions
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates by continually refining sourcing strategies and using social media
  • Provide daily reports to management
  • Attend four to six local career fairs per year

HR Support and Training (10%)

  • Provide on-boarding support to candidates placed at our customer locations
  • Complete new hire paperwork and maintain employee records
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication to both potential candidates and external hiring managers
  • Coordinate morale events and company outings


  • Passion for technology industry
  • Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Must have the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Seattle area job market is helpful
  • Prior work experience in human resources, administrative, or customer service is a plus but not required
  • Bachelor's degree is required
