Job Responsibilities:

Empower New Hires and Cultivate a Thriving Workplace (80%)

  • Streamline New Hire Onboarding: Ensure a seamless transition for new hires by coordinating office setup, technology access, and essential information.
  • Support Strategic Talent Acquisition: Partner with the recruitment team to identify and attract highly qualified candidates through market research and utilization of internal databases and professional platforms (Handshake, LinkedIn)
  • Conduct Comprehensive Candidate Reviews: Analyze open positions and candidate qualifications (education, experience, skills, industry fit, and cultural alignment) to recommend the most suitable individuals for interview.
  • Facilitate Effective Interview Scheduling: Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule candidate interviews via Microsoft Teams or in-person, ensuring a timely and well-organized process.
  • Provide Expert Benefits Support: Serve as a valuable resource for employees by providing accurate and comprehensive answers to inquiries regarding company benefits (health insurance, 401(k) plan).
  • Foster a Positive Work Environment: Organize engaging company events and outings to promote team building, morale, and a strong company culture.
  • Maintain Confidentiality and Uphold Company Values: Ensure strict confidentiality of all employee information while providing critical support to the HR department and IT team as needed.

Executive Support (20%)

  • Executive Partner: Provide seamless support to executives with special projects and assignments, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Deliver Executive Insights: Compile and deliver concise daily reports on key operational metrics, empowering executives with actionable data.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Maintain awareness of employment laws and regulations to mitigate risk and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Streamline Vendor Management: Optimize vendor accounts, ensuring timely invoice processing and fostering a collaborative environment.

This is an on-site position located in our Redmond, WA Engineering Center. Daily collaboration with colleagues is a key aspect of this role.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences (executives, vendors, etc.).
  • Experience in executive support or working with senior management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
