As a key member of a dynamic and fast-moving management team, you will help drive initiatives for the core management team. This role includes all the challenges associated with developing strategy and tactical execution.

Examples of some of our projects:
• A client wanted to improve the return on investment (ROI) of marketing spend by identifying target customers more effectively. We created an unsupervised machine learning model to analyze customer behavior. The model combined diverse data points such as customer demographics, browsing history, purchase patterns, and marketing channels. Using the model, we identified a customer’s next logical purchase and the affinity to buy a particular product.
Based on this information, our client honed its target marketing campaigns and advertisements to improve sales.


• One of our clients conducts multiple promotional events with product overview sessions. We worked with the client to analyze the effectiveness of these events. We measured the attendee

perception by comparing pre-event and post-event surveys. We then combined survey data with sentiment data from attendees’ Facebook posts and tweets. We created a supervised
learning model from the data along with attendee demographics, session attendance, an increase in product sales after the event. The model helped the client measure the marketing
event’s impact on sales, the effectiveness of the sessions, and the overall change in perception
caused by the event. We later applied text analytics techniques to attendee feedback and helped identify the core problem areas faced by attendees.


• Another client had a SQL Server, an HTML5 based Business Intelligence system with 150+ reports, 50,000 users, and more than 100 TB of data hosted on-premise. The client wanted to transition the entire solution to the cloud to manage it better. We created the cloud transition strategy for the client and moved the infrastructure to Microsoft Azure cloud services. As part of the effort, we also migrated 150+ reports from HTML5 to Microsoft Power BI. As a result, we helped the client improve management and operations. The cloud migration also improved the agility of the entire sales and marketing organization by providing faster insights into their customers and marketing campaigns.

Job Description:


MAQ Software is looking for an amazing Growth Hacker to work in a cross-functional role where you get to work closely with the marketing, engineering and the project management team. We are looking for a person who focuses on Growth, should be Analytics Data Driven, Insane about Scalability, a Fan of Metrics and who is extremely curious, creative and eager to learn.


Your key result areas as a percentage of your overall work items will be:

Search Engine Optimization (40%)
• Carrying out detailed keyword research according to the latest keyword strategies and expansion of keyword opportunities
• Researching the keywords using tools like Google ad-words and selecting less competition and high search volume keywords
• Improve company’s visibility in Google search, online presence
• Online Reputation Management across all solution areas improving the website organic rankings in major search engines
• Creating remarkable content: blog posts, data widgets, infographics, eBooks, videos, screencasts
• Creating AdWords, Facebook, and LinkedIn Ads
• Creating, testing, optimizing pages on our company website, blog, and microsites
• Translate case studies into interactive web content
• Posting articles on high authority websites and Managing all Social Media Optimization Services, Press
Releases, Pitches, Social Bookmarking, Articles Submissions, External Blogs, Video Optimization, Photo Sharing, performing in forums and submitting URL for all search engines
• Experience in building inbound organic search traffic and improving SERPs
• Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success
• Using programs such as Google Analytics to compile regular performance reports
• Being up-to-date with the latest SEO news and methods such as Google’s Algorithms
• Keeping up to date with the most recent developments in Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

Digital Marketing (40%)
• Work in collaboration with designers to improvise on the existing websites design and develop new websites, revamp online marketing material and email marketing campaigns
• Ability to write great engaging web copy in a real-time environment that can stimulate user interaction, discussion, and engagement and should be able to Manage presence in social networking sites and posting on relevant blogs
• Must be aware of latest trends in digital media and should be able to develop and execute SEM, SEO and display media strategies to increase organic traffic, rankings, and leads
• Posting articles on high authority websites and Managing all Social Media Optimization Services, Press
Releases, Pitches, Social Bookmarking, Articles Submissions, External Blogs, Video Optimization, Photo Sharing, performing in forums and submitting URL for all search engines
• Candidate will be focusing on running strategic SEO & other internet marketing campaigns with the help of various marketing channels available like PPC, display ads, email, and social media
• Develop process to ensure content is topical, relevant, and up to date, enabling web visitors a feeling of personalized engagement with the website and its content

Data Analysis (20%)
• Generate insights on monthly/quarterly basis from analysis across all social media channels -search, organic and paid social, mobile, web, email -- and develop actionable steps to improve lead flow and conversion
• Analyze the performance of all activities to understand what’s working and why, and continuously optimize our strategy and tactics (from campaigns to landing pages) to maximize success and then translate qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the social media campaigns to ensure online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment (ROI)
