Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Gather materials for client presentations, which including proposals, slide decks, and videos
  • Design, hand out, and create marketing materials, such as brochures 
  • Assist with promotional activities and organizing and coordinating customer events
  • Assist the team with tracking existing marketing campaigns to completion
  • Collaborate with colleagues in other departments, including human resources, advertising, production, sales, and distribution

  • Prior administrative roles in an office setting
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask
  • Exceptional  problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional  communication skills

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or statistics preferred
  • Previous experience in sales and marketing a plus
