Responsibilities:

The Client Service Associate helps with client engagement to deliver exceptional service experience for Broussard Wealth Management clients and their families. This role is responsible for preparing for client meetings, executing service requests, and maintaining organized client records to ensure consistent, high-quality interactions. The Client Service Associate plays a key role in supporting the advisor by handling day-to-day client service and administrative functions, allowing the advisor to focus on higher-value activities while upholding Broussard Wealth Management’s commitment to superior client care.

Client Service & Appointment Preparation

  • Appointment Preparation: Prepare and provide the appropriate paperwork, process, and suitability requirements for each client appointment.
  • Service Work: Prepare and process necessary client service work as needed. Follow up to ensure completeness. Update CRM systems with detail.
  • Client Online Portal Support: Assist clients with establishing and maintaining online account access, including account setup and login support. Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving client questions or issue

Licensing, Reporting & Compliance

  • Licensing & Continuing Education Support: Maintain accurate records of licenses, certifications, and CE completion for advisor.
  • Reporting: Produce reports on existing business and pipeline status for advisor review.
  • Compliance: Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and company standards.

Administrative & Office Support

  • General Office Support: Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations as needed; including answering phones and greeting clients.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients, advisor, and internal departments to resolve issues and provide updates.
  • File Management: Maintain and update CRM systems and digital files daily.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in operations and service leadership, preferably in wealth management or financial services
  • Prior experience in Wealth Management & insurance operations, or client services is highly valued.
  • Proven track record of building and improving service delivery systems.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management operations, compliance, and service delivery
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), familiarity in Wealthscape and CRM platforms (Advisor 360, etc.).
