Lytics is seeking a Technical Project Manager (“TPM”) on our Professional Services team to work strategically with our customers and partners to develop and manage full project lifecycle, scope, budget, timeline, resources, deliverables, issues and escalations during implementation. With our clients, the TPM will be the central point of contact for all customer implementations, and be responsible for setting customer expectations and guiding the customer on deployments from project kick off to production go live and hand over to Technical Support. Internally, the TPM will coordinate with our Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Professional Services Consultants, Engineering, Customer Success Managers and Technical Support to ensure project milestones are delivered on time, and on budget.
Lead all aspects of new customer onboarding and implementation activities onto the Lytics CDP, including scheduling of project kick-off meetings, technical and training calls, and providing weekly status check-ins with the customer and/or partner.
Work with stakeholders in cross functional departments to continually enhance service quality standards to meet and/or exceed customer expectations.
Project Execution & Resource/Capacity Management: monitors, evaluates and guides project staff to meet project deliverables on time, within budget and at the highest quality standards.
Proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that tasks are being completed by deadlines, and ensure that expectations are clear if timelines need to change.
Foster a strong team collaboration and building cooperation among customers and project staff.
Build and manage processes to ensure ease of transition from prospect to fully implemented customer.
Manage and resolve customer escalations and project conflicts.
Maintain project documentation within project management tools.
Bachelor Degree; will consider 5+ years of equivalent technical project management and/or a variety of digital marketing roles between consulting, client-side, and with a digital marketing agency experience in lieu of degree.
3+ years of project management experience leading the delivery of enterprise level projects.
3+ years of experience managing projects involving relational databases.
A strong technical orientation, exceptional planning, organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail are all required.
Outstanding communication skills are required.
Proficiency in using MS Office, Google suite, and Smartsheet is required.
Professional PMP certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI) is preferred.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously preferred.
Experience with implementing software solutions preferred.
Understanding of building integrations using REST based APIs preferred.
Ability to travel between 25 to 40%. Please note; currently travel is not required due to Covid. Travel would be required in the future when it is safe to travel.
Experience working directly with customers; strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, multi-task, and perform under pressure.
High level of energy, efficiency, and flexibility.
Analytical approach to problem solving and critical thinking.
Expertise in Lytics’ core products and/or CDP, and/or experience working with Facebook Ads Manager, Email Platforms, Google Analytics or Google Ads platforms.
