Senior Product Manager, Lytics Decision Engine

As the Sr. Product Manager of the Lytics Decision Engine you will be responsible for leading the strategy and vision to improve and enhance our industry leading CDP. In this role, you’ll be driving for the answer to critical questions such as; How can Lytics deliver more value to our customers with better decisioning? What gaps do we have when it comes to personalization? What use-cases are most important for CPG companies vs. B2B technology companies? How can Data Science play a more significant role in the user experience? What strategic partnerships should we explore? From there, you’ll be responsible for creating product specifications and partnering with engineering to bring your features and product advancements to market.
Reporting to the VP of Product, you are the owner of customer-facing features that help the Lytics platform continue to drive differentiation in the marketplace and growth for Marketers and Marketing Analysts. This role requires thinking big, diving deep with technical teams, and working across teams effectively. In this role, you will be both customer and sales-facing. You’ll get energy from meeting directly with customers to understand relevant use-cases and pain points and communicating solutions internally and externally. Last but not least, you’ll always be ready to get into the weeds of technical documentation, lead technical conversations with partners, customers, and our internal engineering teams.
Ensure Lytics has an industry-leading strategy for it’s Decision Engine CDP.
Lead discovery and prototype feedback sessions with customers, partners, and industry leaders.
Maintain, and enforce a thoughtful process for determining where we invest resources.
Work directly with Product and Executive leadership to ensure critical Engineering investments are on the roadmap and prioritized appropriately.
Engage with Engineering to ensure commitments are clearly defined and on track from both ends.
Ensure feature documentation is up to date and accurate.
Evaluate and manage strategic product partners.
- Work closely with product marketing to ensure sales can communicate about our innovative features properly.
Have extensive experience shipping products and features with high customer adoption.
Deep experience in martech and marketing friendly software
Experience planning, managing, and leading complex product and engineering projects in a high-paced, rapidly evolving environment
Proven experience leading software release cycles, including prioritizing features, coordinating schedules across platforms, coordinating user testing, and communicating with stakeholders on roadmaps, delivery status, and change management details.
Experience using Agile development methodologies and familiarity using JIRA/Confluence to document business requirements and organizing work into Epics, User Stories, and writing Acceptance Criteria.
You might have experience as a marketer running advertising campaigns or having worked in an agency environment.
Experience Working in and Managing Jira for Tickets and Roadmap
Experience Working in and Managing Confluence
Design Comprehensive Architectural Diagrams via Figma or Lucidchart.
Access Readmes and Other Documentation as Wells as Manage Tickets & Milestones in Github
You have excellent meeting facilitation, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories used to create specs and architecture.
Make API Requests via cURL or HTTPIE
