Demand Generation Manager

The Demand Generation Marketing Manager will work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to develop and implement the marketing strategy and plan. You will execute integrated, high-impact marketing programs to promote current and prospective customer engagement and drive pipeline growth and customer loyalty, deploying the right mix of marketing programs to reach, educate, nurture and convert our target audiences, driving high quality leads and opportunities.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Work in tandem with the Demand Generation team and Sales to deliver on key KPIs (lead, MQL, and opportunity creation)

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales team members to create and gain alignment for go-to-market plans in alignment with strategic product mandates and sales directives

  • Execute different campaign categories, from physical to virtual events, content syndication, email, direct mail, and more

  • Manage and execute multi-faceted event programs (in-person, virtual, and webinars), including audience generation, content/topic creation and refinement, logistics, and lead follow up

  • Support technology and agency partner co-marketing programs

  • Use nurture campaigns and other marketing tactics to warm leads up for proper sales hand off

  • Prepare metrics, monitor and report success of campaigns and marketing strategies to internal stakeholders and push forward next steps at a rigorous pace

  • Recommend new and innovative marketing tactics, partnerships, and technologies to drive team goal attainment

You may be a good fit for our team if you have:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 3+ years of software marketing experience, preferably within B2B SaaS

  • Domain expertise in CDP, marketing technology, data infrastructure, data analytics, or data warehousing preferred

  • Highly cross-functional, detail-oriented, with the ability to partner with different stakeholders and teams across the company

  • Self-starter with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment; you tend to find solutions rather than problems

  • Growth mindset – desire to continue to improve, simplify, scale new and existing processes

  • Experience with HubSpot and other marketing platforms
