Job Description

Lytics, the customer data platform (CDP) built for marketing teams, improves your business performance by connecting the right data to Lytics’ powerful AI engine. We are looking for smart, passionate, and dedicated individuals to grow with us and deliver great value to our customers and company. If you are a self-starter, and love working in a dynamic environment, then the Lytics Sales team is for you.  We currently have two positions open. These roles are remote roles that can be based anywhere in the US.


  • Work in a teaming environment with a Territory Senior Account Executive to drive growth.

  • Responsible for prospecting and qualifying new business and closing deals.

  • Maintain activity, meeting, and pipeline generation goals as set by your manager.

  • Effectively use to document all opportunities and activities.

  • Responsible for leveraging existing sales methodology & MEDDICC process.

  • Maintain accurate forecasts.

  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback and improve future outbound campaigns.

  • Must be able to travel approximately 25% if required.

  • Must achieve quarterly goals and yearly quotas to drive aggressive sales growth.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  • Experience selling software to small, medium and or large corporations.

  • General business knowledge and understanding of accounting and project management principles and practices.

  • Self-starter, high energy, aggressive and results oriented.

  • 1-3 Years of software SAAS sales experience.

  • Strong desire to be in technology sales.

  • Prior inside sales/office-based sales experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
