(Remote)-Data Entry Clerk

Customer Service | Baton Rouge, LA | Full Time and Part Time

Job Description

We are seeking to add a Data Entry Clerk to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, accounts receivable, file maintenance, and record keeping. You will be dealing with legal documents, proposals, and bids so the information entered must be 100% accurate.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in answering the phone lines
  • Enter variety of data using; mostly into Quickbooks
  • Downloading and saving documents as ODFs
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry
  • Review and enter data updates in the systems
  • Review discrepancies in data received

Qualifications:

  • MUST be able to type 60 wpm or higher with 100% accuracy (do not apply if you don't meet this qualification)
  • Previous experience with Accounts Receivable
  • Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented.
