Customer Service | Baton Rouge, LA | Full Time and Part Time

Job Description

We are hiring dependable, friendly Customer Service to join our existing team. Extremely flexible schedule with the ability to select your own days and hours.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email, and chat in a timely fashion
  • Document all inquires, requests, resolutions in Microsoft Office products
  • Escalate inquires and requests as necessary to the appropriate department or person following outlined guidelines
  • Display a courteous and helpful attitude to all customers
  • Perform research to answer customer inquiries and requests
  • Assist customers and sales representatives with fulfilling their order requests
  • No sales calls-no telemarketing of any kind. Position is inbound phone support only.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in most Microsoft Office products. I.e. Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a high volume role
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications.
