Senior Brand Designer

Well, you just might have a home for you. We’re on the hunt for a Senior Brand Designer with an energetic and edgy aesthetic to join our talented brand and creative team.
This position will play a critical role in the execution of Loove’s brand development, marketing channels, web, email or native products and beyond. You’ll make decisions based on research and business needs and be relied on to execute timelines and consistency across all projects. This role will support a lean but talented team in addition to working in an open and collaborative way with other company functions including our label division, product team, and editorial department.
This role will also advocate and drive convincing designs for the development of audience experience and marketing strategies; drive the collaborative efforts of the project’s creative, production and web teams and inspire sonic artisans in all areas of expertise to exceed expectations.
•Produce high-quality design assets across web and brand identity, UX/UI features, product development, and physical marketing collateral
•Responsible for conceiving, articulating and defending conceptual and directional brand decisions
•Infuse Loove’s unique brand point of view across customer journey
•Work with department heads to maintain design consistency across the organization
•Participate in possible business development efforts, including giving presentations and leading creative initiatives
•Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new design concepts across product development cycle
•Progress designs based on research, data, and business goals
•Demonstrated ability to translate strategic vision and marketing objectives into tangible project deliverables
•Minimum 4 years design experience
•A strong, diverse portfolio of design work, including brand identity and development examples
•Proven ability to balance multiple projects with differing and aggressive timelines, deliverables, and expectations
•A strong working knowledge of interaction design, venue experience, brand development, and the entire creative development process for music, from conception through post-production
•Proven analytical ability to break down complex data sets in an interesting and compelling way
•Understanding of messaging through art, sound, and other symbolic data
•Show strong understanding of design tools such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Photoshop, Creative Suite/InDesign and Illustrator. HTML/CSS preferred but not required
•Comfort and ability to thrive within an iterative design process, balancing expediency with quality of design
•Understanding of both linear and non-linear storytelling
•Keen ability to consider and incorporate feedback
