About Us:

Portsmouth, NH-based Lodging Econometrics is a trusted advisor and consultant to global hotel companies seeking to accelerate their growth and market share. Lodging Econometrics (LE) is the leading lodging industry consulting partner for global real estate intelligence. Based upon our clients’ growth objectives, we create customized programs that identify and present all new business opportunities sourced from our global hotel real estate intelligence. 

We are expanding our client Concierge Services group and are looking for a professional and energetic individual to fill the role of Client Services Associate.

You will develop a thorough understanding of LE’s programs and products, and delivery platforms, successfully train new and existing clients, and ensure LE’s platform is successfully installed and used frequently by our clients. You will also be responsible for ongoing customer support and uncovering new account expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-plan and book training calls via WebEx for new and existing program users for the online database mobile app. and the library of real estate reports. Conduct in-depth training calls and introduce them to their programs, demonstrate how to maneuver and utilize the system, best practices and assistance with converting their sales strategies into identified opportunities.

  • Make outbound service calls to engage users regarding their program to ensure maximum usage, increase program knowledge and answer any questions.

  • Actively prospect users and share with our Account Executives, potential account expansion strategies to grow their program.

  • Field inbound calls and emails from clients and answer their questions or fulfill their needs.

  • Review solution analytics and work in conjunction with Account Executives to create action plans to increase client usage.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Business or a relatable field

  • An engaging and professional personality with desire and proven ability to build relationships over the phone

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively lead online training sessions and engage users.

  • Responsive, personable, organized and able to field questions with professionalism

  • Experience with WebEx or other online meeting programs 

  • Experience with Filemaker/SalesForce/Access or other relational databases with a good grasp of how databases work
