Associate Product Manager

Job Description


Livefyre is hiring an Associate Product Manager to join our growing product team. We’re looking for quick learning self-starter with experience in the software industry to help with day to day product management, including internal communication, written specifications and prioritization. This is an excellent opportunity to enter into product management, managing people and processes in a critical component of our business.


-Assist with writing product specifications
-Write release notes and manage internal communication of product updates
-Write test cases and own the test case management process
-Manage QA contractors and be the product point person for releases
-Manage the bug triage process and coordinate with supporting teams
-Assist with running Scrum meetings (potentially in a ScrumMaster capacity)


-1-2 years of experience in QA, product management, community support, or similar
-Experience working in the software industry writing test cases and reproducing bugs
-Extremely thorough, detail oriented and organized
-A self starter who can solve problems and design new processes
-Strong written and oral communication skills
-Experience in social or working at a B2B company is a plus
-Experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus
