Job Description

LiveAuctioneers is seeking a highly creative, self-motivated and agile Senior Marketing Manager to own the strategy, creative development, execution, and optimization of multiple marketing channels.  Working closely with partners across the organization and Marketing team members, you will develop and scale acquisition, reactivation and retention programs that drive revenue and customer engagement.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, the Senior Marketing Manager is a full-time position in NYC with access to our New York office as well as flexibility to work remotely at least through April 2021 due to COVID.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop, implement and manage acquisition, reactivation and retention programs, with a particular focus on paid social, email, SMS/push, and print

  • Own and ensure efficacy of the paid advertising budget across multiple channels

  • Constantly A/B test across customer segments to drive learnings and campaign optimization

  • Design and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns that meaningfully drive customer loyalty and engagement

  • Define and report key metrics to monitor acquisition, retention and marketing effectiveness including CAC, LTV, and ROAS

  • Analyze and report on complex data sets to generate insights that inform strategy and reveal new opportunities

  • Establish and manage relationships with advertising execution partners and third party agencies

Who you are:

  • You’re a creative and strategic thinker with a get-it-done attitude and an established track record of owning and scaling customer acquisition and retention programs, preferably at an online marketplace or ecommerce environment.

  • You are highly data-driven, with exceptional analytical skills and a proven ability to extract actionable insights and identify opportunities from large, complex data sets (SQL skills a plus).

  • You have a deep understanding of tracking, ad formats, lookalike audiences, trends and best practices in paid digital media, as a result of direct, hands-on experience.

  • You have strong copywriting skills with an eye for great ad creative (Photoshop skills a plus).

  • You are well-versed in performance tracking and analytics tools with expert fluency in Google Analytics.

  • You’re experienced in email and SMS marketing, segmentation, and customer flow automation (Sailthru knowledge a plus).

  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • You are highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational and project management skills.

  • Experience scaling affiliate marketing programs a plus
