Job Description

LiveAuctioneers is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team.  Working closely with partners across the organization and Marketing team members, you will support the development, communication and execution of our business and product marketing strategies.  Above all, your work will impact how exceptional treasures are sold and purchased online.

We are looking for a results-driven self-starter and creative marketer excited to make an impact within a fast-growing, industry-leading company.  The candidate must be resourceful, organized, able to execute in a fast-paced setting, and possess strong technical acumen.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, the Product Marketing Manager is a full-time position in NYC with access to our New York office as well as flexibility to work remotely at least through April 2021 due to COVID.



What you’ll do:

  • Business growth. Partner with sales and client services teams to support and develop programs that drive business revenue. From developing case studies and ad-hoc analyses, to designing and measuring advertising pilot programs, the candidate will be responsible for growing product lines that deliver tangible value for LiveAuctioneers’ clients.
     
  • Product marketing. Collaborate with internal teams and marketing team members to develop and drive product awareness and activations through various channels. The candidate will create rollout plans, develop collateral and communication strategies, execute campaigns and measure the results of these efforts to ensure successful product adoption.
     
  • Reporting & analytics. Support the team with quantitative and qualitative data and insights that help drive new business for LiveAuctioneers. The candidate will extract and analyze data from various sources like Survey Monkey, Google Analytics and SQL query results to help answer business questions and identify new opportunities.



Who you are:

  • You have a BA or equivalent degree

  • You have 3+ years of demonstrated marketing experience driving successful product and/or advertising growth in an online marketplace, digital media or SaaS environment

  • You know how to work autonomously as part of a small nimble team, and cross-functionally with different departments

  • You are analytical and can problem-solve with data; you possess excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills, with basic to intermediate experience with SQL

  • You have HTML knowledge with first-hand email marketing experience (Sailthru a plus)

  • You are a highly organized, focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail

  • You constantly look for ways to improve (and/or introduce) processes that drive success

  • You have strong communication skills, written and verbally

 

You get bonus points if:

  • You have expert deck-building skills

  • You know your way around Wordpress, Adobe Photoshop and/or InDesign

  • You have experience running successful paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn)

  • You have experience using Salesforce

  • You are familiar with marketing automation software such as Marketo, Hubspot or Pardot
