Job Summary


The Customer Success Expert will be responsible for delighting our buyers and sellers both by providing excellent customer service via email and over the phone, and by contributing to regular strategic internal discussions on how we can improve our processes and service. The Customer Success Expert will have the ability to propose and make changes to our procedures, and will report to the Director. Jasper52 is a rapidly-growing company, and there are opportunities for growth for the right candidate. 



  • Contribute to strategic discussions around policies and procedures
  • Actively and continuously think about how to make our customers happier and improve efficiency
  • Provide exceptional phone and email support to buyers and sellers throughout their customer journey
  • Maintain professional and friendly demeanor, especially with escalated cases
  • Maintain high CSAT score


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Desk or comparable helpdesk software, Windows, and MS Office
  • Able to respond promptly and courteously to inquiries via telephone and ticketing system, desire to go the extra mile to make a customer happy
  • Possess strong verbal communication skills, with an ability to listen patiently and genuinely connect with people
  • Able to multi-task, i.e., prioritize and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
  • Must be self-motivated and detail oriented, with a positive, cooperative attitude and the ability to function effectively as a team member
  • Adapt to new tasks and take on additional responsibilities as needed
