Job Description

littleBits is looking for an incredible, passionate and energetic customer service associate to join the team. Ever since littleBits was founded, we have more sales requests than we anticipated and are looking for someone to think strategically, develop a customer service infrastructure and help us streamline our relationship with vendors and customers. Tasks include but are not limited to helping developing a system for managing customer relationships (including individual buyers, distributors, retailers and wholesalers), manage CRM systems, answering email inquiries and designing our customer service workflow. Tasks also include ensuring customers are not only happy, but ecstatic!


  • Prior experience in customer service
  • Ability and willingness to work in a very fast paced environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Prior experience in managing a team
  • Personable, very positive attitude and good communication skills with clients, employees and collaborators
  • Experience in working with toys, consumer electronics and/or educational platforms
  • Strong sense of initiative and drive
  • Patience, positive attitude, and ability to handle high volume customer and vendor inquiries


  • E-commerce experience
  • Proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce and other customer support platforms
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks
  • Significant experience designing a customer service workflow and procedures
  • Proficiency in developing ticketing system and tracking incoming requests
  • Proficiency in developing shipping, returns and refund policies
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
