SharePoint 2010 Analyst/Programmer

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
 Working directly with clients to execute on complex SharePoint technology projects
including architecting, designing, developing and implementing solutions.
 Providing project delivery leadership, including defining project scope, deliverables, 
effort estimation, and implementation timelines;
 Gathering business requirements and translating them into IT solutions;
 Leading design reviews to ensure optimum solution delivery;
 Leading solution implementation and delivery;
 Developing and delivering internal and external presentations;
 Performing benefit analysis for IT solutions and calculating business value; and,
 Collaborating with sale representatives to assist with opportunity development through 
pre-sales support, responding to client opportunities and RFPs, meeting with customers 
to present offerings and solutions, and scoping/estimating effort;
Skills and Qualifications
The qualified candidate must have:
 A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field;
 Strong functional and technical understanding of SharePoint 2010 including a knowledge 
of best practices for developing Document Management, Sites, Lists, Libraries, Pages, 
Email, Workflow, InfoPath and Web Parts.
 Five plus (5+) years demonstrated strong knowledge and proficiency in the following 
development methodologies: Object Oriented Development, Component based 
development, Patterns, Design for reuse;
 Five plus (5+) years technical lead experience in one or more of the following roles: Web 
Services Development, Data Access Development, Mobile Application Development, 
Security, Application integration, Testing and Deployment, User Interface Design;
 The ability to work directly with the clients/business to elicit/document requirements 
and drive functional vision;
 Experience architecting enterprise solutions using SharePoint (2007, 2010);Page 2
 Experience architecting and leading delivery of platform migrations (2007 -> 2010, Notes 
->SP) is a definite asset;
 Experience leading development teams and developing SharePoint artifacts;
 Background and experience in C#, ASP.NET, .NET, LINQ, SQL ServerGood (including WCF 
and WF);
 Strong understanding of AJAX, JQuery, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web Services;
 Excellent communication skills and hands-on experience working on component based 
applications in a distributed environment;
 Demonstrated project experience with regard to estimates, planning, and deliverables;
 Proven ability to understand a customer's needs;
 Experience developing technical requirements based on business imperatives;
 Strong customer service skills; and,
 Strong communication and presentation skills.
The following skills are considered preferred:
 Microsoft certification and functional Microsoft technology knowledge of the following: 
SharePoint, Content Management Server, Commerce Server, BizTalk Server.
