We are currently looking for qualified candidates to fill the role of a UI / Application Designer with a strategic mind and a focus on Information and Interface Design. You are detail-oriented and have that magical combination of being super analytical and hyper creative. This is a highly visible role within the Product Development organization and will report directly to the Chief Product Officer. 


  • Collaborate on the art direction of a world-class digital and social media measurement platform
  • Own the overall application, visual and interaction design execution across a suite of user-facing b2b data and analytics products
  • Communicate and present concepts to internal and external stakeholders
  • Create feature-specific design spec sheets and collaborate with the engineering team to deliver highly polished software to a competitive marketplace
  • Maintain aesthetic quality through style guides, UI kits, and agile design audits
  • Contribute design thinking and aesthetic philosophy to team discussion
  • Deliver projects both collaboratively (as part of a multidisciplinary team) and individually


  • 2-4 years in a Web, UI, or Application Design Role
  • Passion for typography, color, microinteraction, and information design
  • A clear understanding and proficiency of use in Sketch or Photoshop
  • A clear understanding and proficiency of use in InVision or equivalent
  • Comfortable designing for Web, mobile and all major aspect ratios
  • A clear understanding of responsive mobile Web design
  • Proactive and perceptive
  • Superb communication and organizational skills
  • Understanding and strong interest in Web technologies design trends
  • Track record of a proactive approach for finding design solutions to real-world problems
  • Ability to listen carefully and execute within changing priorities
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and tools a plus
  • Examples of UX writing and management of in-app copy is also a plus
  • Ability to test and validate design via paper sketches, digital mockups, and interactive prototypes
  • Strong portfolio of information and/or interface design work is required and pivotal (samples of academic and/or personal projects acceptable – show us what drives you!)


Extra Credit:

  • Interest or passion for data visualization, grid systems, and infographic layouts
  • Highly attuned intuition regarding stakeholder needs and expectation setting
  • Ability to report into and interact with company executive leadership
  • Basic understanding of marketing channels, especially digitally-oriented ones including, but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Tumblr, Website analytics, ad technology, Pinterest, etc
  • A basic understanding of Webpage development (HTML / CSS / JS) or technical background a potential plus
