We are looking for an Associate Sales Director to join our growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow our customer base across our target categories (including Media & Entertainment, Retail, and CPG) while expanding your sales experience, working with a highly collaborative team, and experiencing an excellent company culture.  

What You’ll Do

  • We're looking for a true hunter to build and manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities with a focus on strategic accounts within target categories

  • Become an expert on the ListenFirst platform; demonstrate a deep understanding of its functionality, features, and impact for clients

  • Develop insights regarding customer use-cases; position and present ListenFirst as an ideal solution for client needs

  • Strategically navigate the buying process; communicate tactfully and persuasively with stakeholders and budget decision-makers

What You’ll Bring to the Position

  • 2+ years minimum experience desired 

  • An independent self-starter: you thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with a very high level of responsibility

  • An outstanding track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets in direct sales and/or sales development (SDR/BDR).

  • Expertise in prospecting, cross-selling, and developing relationships with client stakeholders

  • A history of demonstrated quota over-achievement and consistent territory growth

  • You are passionate and relentless about growth; you’re not deterred by setbacks and enjoy the process of building high-value relationships over time

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach (or comparable CRM and outbound systems); ability and desire to leverage data to aid in managing a consistent sales pipeline

  • Social media or Martech experience is a big plus but not required

Salary Range: 

  • $70,000 - $75,000 plus commission
