Sales Development Representative, Fashion, Beauty & Luxury
Sales | Hybrid in New York, NY | Full Time | From $70,000 to $80,000 per year
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support the growth of our Fashion, Beauty, and Luxury verticals. Reporting to the New Business Lead, the SDR will prospect, generate leads, and create sales opportunities that drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is eager to develop a career in sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify, research, and engage potential clients in the Fashion, Beauty, and Luxury space through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls).
Qualify inbound leads, ensuring they align with our target customer profile.
Maintain a steady pipeline of high-value prospects to support the team's sales goals.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Collaborate with the New Business Lead and Solutions Consultants to refine outreach strategies.
Craft compelling messaging that resonates with decision-makers in the industry.
Set up and facilitate intro meetings between qualified prospects and senior sales team members.
Collaboration & Process Optimization:
Work closely with Marketing to align lead-generation efforts with category-specific campaigns.
Maintain accurate data in CRM systems to track outreach, engagement, and conversions.
Continuously refine prospecting approaches based on performance analytics and feedback.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or lead generation role (preferably within the Fashion, Beauty, or Luxury industries).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with social media analytics and content performance trends is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools and outbound sales strategies.
Availability to work from New York City office one day per week. Limited travel (5-10%) may be required for industry events.
Compensation
The expected compensation range for this role is a base salary of $70,000 - $80,000. Performance-based incentives will be added. Final offers will be determined based on experience, skills, and location.
