Description:

As the Partner Manager on ListenFirst’s Product team, you will be an integral part of growing valuable partnerships and discovering new ones. You will be responsible for key partner recruitment objectives that enhance and extend the capabilities of the ListenFirst software platform, ultimately leading to revenue opportunities and the achievement of strategic goals.  You are detail-oriented and thrive on working closely with both internal and external stakeholders; product stakeholders, developers, client success resources, marketing resources, and others in the MarTech/AdTech ecosystem. 


Responsibilities:

  • Build, drive and lead ListenFirst’s Partner Program
  • Own partner outreach, scheduling and logistics
  • Cultivate, nurture, and grow existing partnerships
  • Build business cases and identify new partnership opportunities based on a priority of revenue opportunity and strategic need
  • Identify and define use cases that illustrate seamless user journeys across ListenFirst and Partner platforms
  • Easily understand and communicate partner business needs into prioritized product requirements
  • Work across various internal stakeholder teams and align goals and projects (Client Success, Marketing and Development)
  • Work with product marketing team on GTM initiatives with key partners
  • Engage partners’ sales organizations, channels, and end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for ListenFirst and Partners
  • Set KPIs and report frequently on tracking metrics and insights
  • Advocate and evangelize ListenFirst, as well as have a positive impact in the ecosystem


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in strategic partner management, program and/or channel management for a software company
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of taking ownership of projects and relationships
  • Clear results illustrating the delivery of partner programs that exceed program metrics and revenue expectations
  • Ability to manage complex projects and programs while demonstrating exceptional business judgement
  • Proven track record to work with technical leaders and product teams with the ability to influence road maps
  • Strong written and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional internal and external audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, influence and report into C-level executives
  • Ability to listen carefully and execute within changing priorities
  • Extreme attention to detail, organized and proficient with scheduling and prioritizing
  • Strong interest in, and understanding of, web technologies
  • Understanding of various tools to manage product requirements, from inception through the entire product lifecycle
  • Basic understanding of marketing channels, especially digitally oriented ones including, but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Tumblr, Website Analytics, Ad-Servers, Pinterest, etc
