About This Role:
We’re looking for an Instructional Designer with a proven track record in enabling software adoption. This candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining course content for e-learning and instructor-led training sessions to support the development, productivity, and retention of our customers, as well as developing/maintaining instructional materials. The ideal candidate is a social media expert and self-starter, motivated to bring new ListenFirst users to value as quickly as possible.
Responsibilities Include:
Work closely with subject matter experts and the Client Success department leaders to prepare content that meets the needs of ListenFirst customers and employees
Plan, design and develop engaging and effective eLearning and Instructor-led courses (for example, training guides, how-to videos, in-app guided tours)
Maintain and refresh eLearning Instructor-led courses as the ListenFirst software evolves
Report the status of projects and eLearning success rates to the Department Manager
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, English, Communications, or another related degree program
2-4 years of experience and demonstrated success as an eLearning developer in a corporate setting
In-depth understanding of social media marketing channels including, but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc
Passionate about interactive learning
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic fast-paced environment
Rolls easily with an ever-changing environment
AppCues, Docebo and/or Articulate experience a plus
