As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing programs and campaigns across multiple channels to engage our current and future clients. Reporting to the VP Marketing and working closely with cross-functional teams. Using Salesforce and Pardot, you’ll design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns to generate pipeline and increase client engagement.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of ListenFirst’s email marketing, paid channels, and SEO with goals to optimize all towards ambitious growth. Understanding Salesforce and using Salesforce for all aspects of campaign attribution is also a key responsibility of the role.
What You'll Do
Execute and optimize marketing programs using SalesForce, Pardot and other marketing tools, including email, paid acquisition programs, pipeline acceleration and nurture programs
Manage paid advertising campaigns including LinkedIn, web advertising and content syndication programs
Create multiple email nurture streams leveraging marketing automation for prospects and clients
Working with those same email nurture streams above, adopt them to the chat with custom bot experiences
Work with various stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and Operations to measure and report on campaign effectiveness in Salesforce
Execute marketing automation programs to support client and partner marketing programs
Leverage engagement data from Google Analytics, HotJar, and SalesForce Reports & Dashboards to inform campaign strategy and format
Monitor lead flow funnel between marketing and sales
Manage WordPress website updates, creating landing pages for paid ads and other marketing strategies
What You'll Bring
Strong experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Pardot, Salesforce, Zapier, and LeanData, Process Builder
Extensive experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, SEO, and paid digital
Manage SEO Strategy, including working with freelance writers, SEMRush experience preferred but not required
Strong copy-writing skills
Exceptional project management skills, Asana and Airtable preferably
Strong communication skills
Ability to adhere to tight deadlines
Excellent attention to detail, spelling and formatting skills
Basic HTML and CSS preferred but not required
ABM Knowledge is preferred but not required
US Work Authorization required
What’s In It For You
The pay range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 (plus benefits), with actual pay commensurate with experience
