We are currently looking for a Data Operations Analyst, who can manage the process of keeping our brand database well maintained and current.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multiple groups (Product, Client Services, Marketing and Sales Operations) on database maintenance.

  • Create, manage and own data creation standards for going forward process.

  • Verify client and account data by reviewing, correcting, or deleting; combining data from multiple source platforms when information is incomplete if necessary.

  • Review of data regularly to ensure current, moderate auto-discovered data by the platform and Maintain the integrity of our client information.

  • Test platform changes and upgrades by inputting new data; reviewing output.

  • Maintain client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

  • Assist client account teams with data cleansing activities.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Great attention to detail, organized and proficient with scheduling and prioritizing

  • Highly attuned intuition regarding stakeholder needs and expectation setting

  • Ability to manage junior staff, as well as report into and interact with company executive leadership

  • Client service experience in a service provider business

  • Basic understanding of marketing channels, especially digitally oriented ones including, but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Tumblr, Website Analytics, Ad-Servers, Pinterest, etc.
