Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commission based Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling Matinno Living's products to existing and potential clients, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets across the state of Arizona.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Matinno Living's products to existing and potential clients within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients to showcase Matinno Living's products and features.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the furniture industry with a focus on kitchens.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
