Title: Social Media Manager

Location: New York City - Midtown

Role Summary

Linkwell Health has an opportunity for a Social Media Manager to join our growing content marketing business.  In this role you will work with our partners to create, deploy and optimize social media campaigns intended to engage and activate consumers. At Linkwell Health we use technology to create, publish, measure and optimize our award-winning content in an effort to create healthy experiences.

Our ideal candidate will be a seasoned social media marketer who is accustomed to using paid and organic outreach to build audience and deliver results. You will have the opportunity to work with major U.S. healthcare brands. You will have the opportunity to develop strategy, implement programs and work  directly with clients. You will have the opportunity to manage budget, report results and implement improvements. You will also work closely with Linkwell’s Product Development Team to integrate features and functionality to our technology product, based on customer needs.

Key Objectives

Objective 1: Create and execute content driven social media campaigns

  • Operate with a clear understanding of client KPIs
  • Maintain high standards for all campaign assets
  • Actively manage budget
  • Work to create, test and optimize campaign creative 
  • Maintain an exceptional working relationship with the editorial team
  • Report out performance in a clear way, offering up meaningful insights

Objective 2: Work with product to develop a social media toolkit

  • Work with technology team to identify new tools that could impact social media and digital marketing performance
  • Help refine product ideas that could make social media outreach more effective
  • Serve as a the social media expert in the product group 
  • Follow established editorial calendars, content strategies and brand guidelines
  • Stay attuned to trends and opportunities in social media marketing

Objective 3: Serve as a subject matter expert to the sales and marketing team

  • Meet with clients and prospects as needed
  • Contribute to sales and marketing collateral 
  • Answer questions from clients and prospects
  • Help to position new social media tools in the market

Qualifications

3 Years of Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Ability to write smart, clear, highly engaging copy

Experience managing paid media budgets

Ability to persuasively deliver insights and recommendations

Prior work in content-marketing a plus

Experience leading social media strategy for a major healthcare brand or agency
