Associate Art Director

Job Description

Linkwell Health, the premier consumer experience company serving health plans and health services organizations, is seeking a talented, passionate, ambitious Director of Client Engagement to join its fast-growing Client Success team. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients as well as coordinating with internal Linkwell teams to deliver world-class client success and results. This position reports to Linkwell’s SVP of Client Strategy.

In this position, your key performance areas (KPAs) will include:

  • Partner with the Creative Director to develop a diverse range of client projects
  • Collaborate with editors, project managers, engineering and outside freelancers (including video producers and animators)
  • Follow brand guidelines for our clients and for Linkwell Health
  • Create forward thinking and diverse social media campaigns, newsletters, websites, videos, photo research, and art direction
  • Develop product design strategies that are informed by business objectives
  • Work in design apps such as Adobe Cloud, Sketch, Transmit
  • Design, produce, and prep files that will receive final approval by the Creative Director

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5-years of experience in a related field
  • An Art School backgroud/training
  • A strong design sensibility with a design portfolio that demonstrates print and digital projects
  • A love of editorial work
  • Experience working on media-related consumer internet products, or experience on consumer products is a plus
  • A value for open collaboration
  • The ability to bring clarity and structure to ideas and can put in place strong processes to make them happen
  • The ability to equally deal with both big-picture strategy and pixel-level design feedback
  • An excitement for working in a small company that is growing fast
