Job Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical-Surgical Unit, working out of the Kingman Regional Medical Center.
In this role, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement high-quality patient care. This position provides a supportive and dynamic environment for nurses looking to expand their skills while making a meaningful impact on patient recovery.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Nursing Process
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care to promote positive patient outcomes and reduce hospital readmissions.
- Follow infection control protocols and standard precautions when handling patients and materials.
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments, collecting information from patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Identify patient care needs and develop individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with patients and their families.
- Implement nursing interventions that align with established patient care standards and coordinate with other healthcare disciplines.
- Continuously evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
Clinical Leadership & Team Coordination
- Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other nursing staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to other nursing personnel as needed.
- Maintain documentation and adhere to hospital and unit-specific policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Education & Certification
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or completion of a Nursing Diploma program, Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN) preferred .
- Licensure: Active RN license in Arizona or a Compact State RN license.
- Certification: Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Unit-Specific Requirement
- Medical-Surgical Unit: Basic EKG competency must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
- De-escalation Techniques course within 6 months of hire and every 2 years thereafter
Status: Part-Time/Full-Time
Relocation: $4k Relocation Bonus
Bonus: $15k sign on Bonus
