Contract Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health

Responsibilities: The Registered Nurse is responsible for developing a plan of treatment and for providing skilled nursing services to the homebound patients in accordance with the plan of treatment and under the physician’s order.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved Professional Nursing Program
• Current RN licensure, with no sanctions, restrictions, or provisions, in the state of Georgia
• 1 year recent Home Health (OASIS) experience
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Benefits:

• Full-time schedule
• 13 weeks with possibility to renew
• Guaranteed $1700.00 per week ($88,400.00 annual)
• Additional premium reimbursement for visits completed over the weekly expectation
• Tablet provided by MedSide
