We are a fast-growing provider of Managed Transportation Services (MTS), partnering with mid-market and enterprise-level companies to optimize their freight operations under long-term, contract-based solutions. Think of us as an extension of our clients’ internal supply chain teams—not a freight broker.

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Regional Account Executive (RAE) to drive new business growth. This is a hunter-only sales role focused on top-of-funnel activity generating leads, prospecting, and scheduling discovery calls with executive-level transportation and supply chain decision-makers.

This role is not about managing accounts or booking freight. It's ideal for someone who thrives on opening doors and wants to eventually grow into a full-cycle closing role.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and prospect Director, VP, and C-suite logistics leaders at target companies.

  • Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to secure discovery meetings.

  • Schedule and participate in discovery calls with a Director of Business Development (you’ll hand off the opportunity after the initial call).

  • Track all prospecting activity and pipeline development in HubSpot CRM.

  • Work closely with sales leadership to refine targeting strategies and messaging.

  • Hit and exceed weekly/monthly activity and meeting goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience with demonstrated success cold-calling executive-level contacts.

  • Experience selling Managed Transportation Services under signed, contract-based agreements (not transactional freight or spot brokerage).

  • Strong communication, research, and organization skills.

  • Track record of success in top-of-funnel sales activity.

  • No frequent job changes—we’re looking for consistent career progression.

  • Located in Eastern, Central, or Mountain time zones; remote work experience is preferred.

Compensation & Growth Path

  • Base Salary: $65,000–$85,000

  • First-Year Commissions: ~$11,000 (average)

  • Year 3 Commission Potential: $35,000+

  • Career Progression: Top performers may grow into a Director of Business Development role with total earnings exceeding $150K–$300K+
