Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the sales and marketing department, ensuring efficient communication, organization, and execution of marketing strategies. This role involves managing account assignments, maintaining schedules, updating account profiles, and coordinating marketing materials. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator assists in insurance recredentialing, reviewing insurance contracts, and performing general administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

Account & Marketing Management

  • Assign accounts to Account Managers.

  • Interview, educate, and fully onboard the new account managers.

  • Maintain and update Account profiles.

  • Identify and research new potential accounts to support business growth.

  • Ensure all active accounts meet the minimum criteria to be considered an active account.

  • Monitor and track non-admits, working to address any issues with Account Managers and CMAs.

Field Representative Support

  • Maintain the schedules of Field Representatives.

  • Ensure all Field Representative schedules are entered at least two business days in advance.

  • Track and organize marketing materials and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

  • Assist in the planning of account maintenance, including in-services, discharge planner meetings, and events.

Meetings & Reports

  • Prepare presentations for management and home health meetings.

  • Maintain marketing materials and review them at least every three months for updates and reordering.

  • Track marketing budgets and report on and performance.

  • Maintain organized records of meetings, presentations, and business strategies.

Recredentialing & Insurance Contracts

  • Maintain a recredentialing spreadsheet with all updated deadlines and steps taken.

  • Review insurance contracts and ensure compliance with MedSide policies.

  • Handle administrative tasks related to contracts and credentialing.

Performance Expectations & Goals

  • Respond to emails, tags, voicemails, and texts in real time, but no later than within one hour during working hours.

  • Identify at least two new potential accounts per business week.

  • Participate in daily check-ins with Field Representatives and Account Managers.

  • Ensure all accounts are updated daily.

  • Maintain a structured approach to marketing and ensure documentation of all processes.
