Intake and Scheduling Representative

The Intake and Scheduling Representative is responsible for receiving and processing new referrals to the primary care clinic and scheduling the Nurse Practitioners for both virtual and home visits. They will provide customer service to the clinics’ patients, providers, and referral sources. This is a remote position for a clinic located in Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.A. The job will be performed during the normal business hours of the clinic.

Job Qualifications:

  • Superb customer service and problem solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized

  • Basic knowledge of computer systems

  • Flexible and eager to learn new operations

Job Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm EST

  • Weekends as needed 9:00am - 5:00pm EST
