Intake and Scheduling Representative
The Intake and Scheduling Representative is responsible for receiving and processing new referrals to the primary care clinic and scheduling the Nurse Practitioners for both virtual and home visits. They will provide customer service to the clinics’ patients, providers, and referral sources. This is a remote position for a clinic located in Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.A. The job will be performed during the normal business hours of the clinic.
MUST SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH & RUSSIAN!
Job Qualifications:
Superb customer service and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Basic knowledge of computer systems
Flexible and eager to learn new operations
Tasks:
- Review all emails
- Be available during working hours
- Work with Excel and CRM (Eclinicals)
- Communicate with patients/referral sources/our staff by calls and emails
- Have the will to learn
Job Schedule:
Monday - Friday 40 hours 9:00am - 5:30pm EST
Weekends/Overtime available
